1. About the Tumblers (40oz bottles)

  • How should I take care of my Offline Mode tumbler?
    It’s super easy! Hand wash it with warm water and mild soap. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves, and freezers. That way, your tumbler stays in perfect shape to join you on all your adventures.

  • How long does it keep drinks at the right temperature?
    Our tumbler is your ultimate companion: it keeps your drinks cold for up to 12 hours and hot for up to 6 hours. Perfect for your morning coffee or icy water at the gym.

  • What’s included with my tumbler?
    Each Offline Mode tumbler comes with:

    • A leakproof lid
    • A reusable straw
    • An individual box
    • A bubble wrap for extra protection
  • What materials are used?
    Premium materials only: double-wall insulated stainless steel and BPA-free plastic. Because staying stylish and safe goes hand in hand.


2. About the Caps

  • How do I take care of my cap?
    Easy and hassle-free: hand wash it with cold or lukewarm water and let it air dry. To keep its shape, add a support or filler while it dries.

  • What are the caps made of?
    Our caps are crafted from durable cotton, built to keep up with your plans, whether you’re strolling through the city or heading for a rural escape.

  • Are they adjustable?
    Absolutely! All our caps feature adjustable closures to ensure a perfect fit for every head size.


3. Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. But don’t worry—we’re planning to expand soon!

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    On average, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If there’s a delay (because, hey, life happens), we’ll let you know right away.


4. Returns

  • Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
    We carefully inspect every product before shipping. Returns are only accepted for factory defects.

  • What should I do if my product has a factory defect?
    Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us photos of the defect, and our team will evaluate your case to find the best solution for you.

  • Who covers the shipping costs for returns?
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved cases.


5. Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), PayPal, and Apple Pay. No excuses—join the Offline Mode crew today!

  • Can I use more than one payment method?
    At the moment, we only accept one payment method per order. But if you have questions, reach out, and we’ll help you figure it out.
